I have tried several times in my life to lose weight, and have had various levels of success.  When trying to go it alone, I am the least successful.  I start strong, but quickly lose sight of portion size and eating the right foods.  I feel that I get burnt out too quickly, and don’t have any support to keep me going.

I have also done Weight Watchers several times.  The first time, I was very successful and got down to around 135 pounds.  However, I didn’t go through the maintenance phase, and quickly put on the weight again.

This time on weight watchers, I am doing their new plan, and focussing on eating whole foods, as opposed to processed and packaged foods.  I have also learned lots of new recipes, that my family seems to really enjoy, and that are still very healthy.

It makes it much easier to stick to my diet when I am getting to eat a variety of foods.  I have sought out delicious recipes on the web to keep our eating varied, and preventing me from getting into a rut with eating the same things each night.  You can only eat so much grilled chicken, ya know?

I have also started running this time, and I feel that has made me much more successful.  In the past, I had just watched what I ate, but didn’t pay any attention to exercise.  This time, by adding in running and yoga, I hope to burn calories each day and increase my muscle mass and metabolism.

I am also considering adding supplements and nutritional products with my diet.  I am going to look into eca stack fat burner to see if that might add nicely into my diet routine to help me lose more fat.  Do you have any weight loss tips to share with me?  If so, leave me a comment.  Thanks for reading!

It is hard to watch the news without some mention about the United States current health care situation. Unfortunately it will likely not be solved anytime soon and with the population aging the problem will continue to raise. There has also be a lot of talk about Canadian health care since they have government run health care and many Americans think this a viable option. In the meantime some people have turned to buying Canada drugs to ease the pain of US medicine. Whether it is over the counter drugs or prescription pills the drugs seem to be cheaper up north then they are in the states.

It might be because the government runs the healthcare and the capitalism from healthcare has not effected the prices like it has here in the United States. To buy lipitor or any other prescription you can simply order them online like you would for any mail order drug provider and they will mail the drugs to you. Very simple and saves you a ton if you are a handful of meds on a daily basis.

It is only a matter of time before this problem is a daily talk as the baby boomers get older and older. Pretty soon we will not have an option but to deal with it. Until then – there is our brother to the North.

My parents just opened up a new gift shop on their property. They own a bed and breakfast in the finger lakes in upstate New York and wanted to supplement the income of the inn. My mom has always had small things for sale in the house but this will be a full scale shop with its own building. She said she would also like to start a web site and has come to me for help with getting her set up.

I explained to her that she will first have to find good web hosting company. She said she had read up and was wondering if she would need managed hosting or colocation services. Since she is very new she can get away with a cheap hosting package that has shared servers. Once she finds out how much traffic her site will be getting she can consider changing plans but it is crazy to start off that way.

She finally got her site up and running and she found that she got more people that gathered info versus people actually buying stuff from her site. She will be great with the cheaper hosting option and should not have to change anything.

There are many different styles of commercial mailboxes. They range from cluster mailboxes to CBU mailboxes or traditional apartment mailboxes. They all basically serve the same purpose. They allow the deliver of mail to a large community in a shorter period of time. the places you see the large community mailboxes are the same places that it would be nearly impossible to get mail delivered it was done with individual mailboxes. Many times it is due to stairs and the overall number of units.

I often compare the community boxes to PO Box or apartment and see the benefits but like having my own box. This way you can get your mail and you also do not have to rely on another key to get your mail. This is also one of the huge advantages though. By having your mail under lock and key you do not have to worry about getting your mail out right after it is delivered. I often worry that people will steal my mail and use my personal information or credit card information if they get a hold of my mail. If I had the community boxes I would not have to worry about it.

Whether you like them or not they will be found in many areas and you get what you get. I would never encourage someone to pick based on the mailbox. Learn to appreciate what you have.
